Backpacker? Minimalist camper? This together with my inflatable sleep pad take up about half the space of my sleeping bag. It's a hammock, I've never been in one that isn't comfy. Only real complaint? Not a big fan of the stakes it comes with. But, that's about the same for anything like this, even tents. Every tent I've ever owned I replace the tent stakes that come with it with REAL tent stakes.Same applies here. Take a few real tent stakes with you. A good breeze will pull these tooth picks out of the ground. But, honestly, it's to be expected. Nobody gives you good stakes, that must be why they sell them separately.Great, compact setup that stuffs nicely in your backpack.
Very light, easy to setup and take down. Self contained and perfect for adults or multiple kids. Much larger than your standard sized hammock and you can use it as a traditional hammock or place the mosquito net on. I am very happy with this purchase and would buy again 10 out of 10!
We own two AnorTrek hammocks and couldn’t be more pleased. They come with everything you need to hang your hammocks between trees of almost any distance apart (within reason). They are super comfortable and we have taken them on four trips now with not one problem. This one has the integral bug net and it is super easy to set up and really protects you in high insect populated areas. No tears or rips after four long trips sleeping in it (I’m 300lbs). Really makes kayak and backpack camping a breeze!
This hammock is a gift to myself, I had to get because this one comes with a cover for over the hammock to keep me from getting wet from the rain or gives me shade from the sun while camping and still at an very affordable price.
Used this hammock for the first time this weekend and loved it. It was a breeze to set up and made for the most comfortable night of sleep I've had in a hammock while camping. The hammock poles keep the hammock spread out which makes a big difference in feeling less squeezed at the shoulders. It was also great not having to bring a separate bug net or set up a guide line to hang it on. Up in minutes and ready to use. Materials seemed sturdy and well made. Very happy with the purchase so far.
