These chairs are wonderful! We were having a hard time finding chairs that supported much over 400 lbs. After browsing several online furniture stores, we found that these were really the only chairs that had everything we needed/wanted - sufficient weight capacity, metal material, and the best color to match our current table. As other reviewers have stated, I definitely wouldn't call these yellow. They are painted with more of a golden wooden finish. These are the only metal chairs I've seen with this kind of finish - I really like it. I also like that the seat is wooden so you're not sitting on cold, hard metal. So nice to not have to worry about chair legs popping out of place anymore like we did with our old wooden chairs!
I would view these chairs as more kitchen chairs than dining room chairs. The short backs make the look very much that of a cafe chair. As both myself and my son are on the larger side (240lb range) the metal frame was appealing to me. They are very well made and the white finish is very attractive. Good value.
Absolutely love the look of these chairs, and they feel extremely supportive. Would purchase more in the future.
I love these chairs! They're beautiful and substantial. I was so thrilled that there's nothing to assemble. Also, they were so well wrapped! I'm talking the way you would expect a precious item to be wrapped. I use one chair as my computer chair. The back is low but supportive and comfortable. It's great to have the second chair in case you need an extra chair at the table or for visitors. I highly recommend them!
I love these chairs even more than I thought I would. I was looking for reasonably priced chairs that would hold a lot of weight and still be stylish. They are super sturdy.They are about as heavy as the white and wood chairs that I already had. There is absolutely not wobble or worry about the joints getting loose as they are welded and solid. I'm thrilled with this purchase, and I looked for a very long time at all the options for large weight bearing chairs. I highly recommend these chairs.
